Quick answer: For wall art that pictures Dubai, the Tashkeel shop has three main options: large photographs from Jassim Al Awadhi's Dubai Air series (AED 20,000 each), digital prints such as Jyo John Mulloor's Dubai Snow on HahnemΓΌhle cotton paper (AED 500), and A3 risograph prints such as A Day in Dubai by Bassem Boules (AED 735 unframed, AED 945 framed). All are printed on paper rather than canvas, and framing varies by piece, so check each product page before you order.
Which Dubai prints and photographs can you buy?
This guide only includes works whose title or product description refers to Dubai, and that were in stock when we checked.

Photographs of the city: Jassim Al Awadhi's Dubai Air
Jassim Al Awadhi is "an Emirati photographer", and his Dubai Air works are the largest pieces of Dubai wall art in the shop. Each is a photograph on paper measuring 70 Γ 106.36 cm, priced at AED 20,000, and sits in the shop's photography collection.
Seven are listed at the time of writing, including Dubai Air 1, Dubai Air 2, Dubai Air 3 and Dubai Air 4. The product pages don't give an edition size, paper name or framing, so look closely at each image and contact the team before buying.
Two practical points at this price. First, at just over a metre on its long side, a Dubai Air photograph needs a wall of its own; measure before you fall for one. Second, the shop's policy excludes limited-edition photographic prints and original artworks from change-of-mind exchanges, so ask your questions first.
Dubai re-imagined: digital prints
If you want something more playful than a skyline, digital prints picture the city as it isn't, or as it was.
- Dubai Snow by Jyo John Mulloor shows the UAE under snow. Mulloor is a Dubai-based digital artist, and the Tashkeel team confirms the design was created with AI tools. The print is 52 Γ 65 cm on HahnemΓΌhle Photo Rag 308 gsm and comes unframed.
- Barbie comes to Dubai, also by Mulloor, is the 2024 work on his Tashkeel artist page, which describes it as a digital print on HahnemΓΌhle "made in Tashkeel". Same size, paper and price as Dubai Snow, so the two hang well as a pair. Read more in our profile of Jyo John Mulloor's digital art, or see all his prints on the Jyo John Mulloor page.
- Dubai past and present by Ghanim Mubarak is a wide 65 Γ 36.4 cm print on the same HahnemΓΌhle paper, sold unframed. Its long, low shape suits the space above a sofa, sideboard or bed.
Dubai life in risograph
A Day in Dubai, 2026 by Bassem Boules is an A3 risograph print from Khali Balak Men RISO, a group exhibition at Tashkeel. Risograph is a stencil-based process that prints one ink colour at a time, which gives flat, bright colour and a slightly textured finish. It is the only piece in this guide sold with a framed option: AED 735 unframed or AED 945 framed. The rest of the exhibition is in the Khali Balak Men RISO collection.
How do you choose the size and paper?
Start with the wall, not the artwork. A common rule of thumb is to fill around half to two-thirds of the width of the furniture below the piece.
| Where it will hang | Size that tends to work | Dubai options |
|---|---|---|
| Above a sofa or bed | Wide format, or two prints side by side | Dubai past and present (65 cm wide), or Dubai Snow with Barbie comes to Dubai as a pair |
| Hallway, study or shelf | A3 or smaller | A Day in Dubai (A3, framed option) |
| A large wall on its own | Around a metre on the long side | A Dubai Air photograph |
On paper: HahnemΓΌhle Photo Rag is a heavy 308 gsm cotton paper with a matte surface, so it shows little glare under strong light. Whichever you choose, keep works on paper out of direct sun.
Searching for "Dubai canvas prints"? None of these works is on canvas. Paper prints are framed behind glass, while canvas is usually stretched over a frame and hung without glass. Our guide to posters, art prints and original artwork explains the difference, and how to choose art for your home covers scale, colour and placement. Smaller Dubai-themed pieces
If a print isn't right, a few smaller objects carry the city too:
- The Flame Tree Pop Socket by Waggish (AED 42), inspired by Dubai's flame tree season.
- Emirates Sketchbooks by Ali Mrad (AED 75), with a cover for each emirate, Dubai included.
- Cortado Cups (AED 295 for two) and Finyal Cups (AED 335 for six), shaped by hand at Tashkeel from natural Dubai clay.
