2. International Shipping (Outside the UAE)

We proudly ship our art and design collections to customers globally.

  • Delivery Timeline: International delivery times vary and are dependent upon the chosen courier service, the destination country, and local customer accessibility (including customs clearance and remote area restrictions).

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Fees

Because our shop features a wide range of items—from lightweight publications and stationery to heavy furniture and delicate, limited-edition artworks—shipping costs are calculated dynamically.

  • Calculation: Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are strictly based on the product type and specific handling requirements (e.g., fragile items requiring specialized art packaging, oversized or large-scale items, and package weight).

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes applied by the destination country. Tashkeel has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

We ensure all items are packaged securely before leaving our space. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 2 days of delivery.

  • Please retain all original packaging materials and damage documentation (photographs) to assist us in processing an inquiry or exchange with the courier provider.
