The Gerbou stoneware pays homage to the local surroundings and patterns in Dubai and the UAE. Taking into consideration the brands rootedness in the region through the use of the national ghaf tree and traditional blockwork within the designs. Marrying together nature's indigenous patterns with man made contemporary and traditional motifs of the UAE.
The use of the patterns in the designs will appear around the restaurant, giving the audience a glimpse into the threaded consideration of all angles of design in the restaurant itself, from stoneware to interior design.
